诃子不同炮制品抗氧化、抗菌作用的实验研究

目的:对比研究诃子不同炮制品的抗氧化、抗菌作用。方法:小鼠D-半乳糖注射致衰老,同时给予诃子、沙炒诃子、清炒诃子、麦麸煨诃子4w,采血检测小鼠鼠血清T-AOC、SOD含量;小鼠体内感染金黄色葡萄球菌,同时给予诃子、沙炒诃子、清炒诃子、麦麸煨诃子7d,观察小鼠死亡保护率。结果:诃子不同炮制品均能升高D-半乳糖衰老小鼠血清T-AOC、SOD含量,一定程度上提高小鼠死亡保护率,结论:诃子不同炮制品有一定抗氧化、抗菌作用。

Study on Antioxidation and Antibacterial Activity of Fructus Chebulae

Objective:To explore and compare the antioxidant and antibacterial activity of Fructus Chebulae and its different pro- cessed products.Methods:The aged mice induced by D-galactose were administrated,were given the different doses ofFructus Chebu- lae,Fructus Chebulae stir-baking with sand,Fructus Chebulae stir-baking simply,Fructus Chebulae roasted with bran for 4 weeks.Then blood serum were taken to detect the contens of the T-AOC and SOD.The mice infected the Staphylococcus aureus in vivo,were given the different doses of Fructus Chebulae,Fructus Chebulae stir-baking with sand,Fructus Chebulae stir-baking simply,Fructus Chebulae roasted with bran for 7 days,inorder to observe protection rate of death to the mice.Results:Different processed Fruetus Chebulae can obviously increase the contents of the T-AOC and SOD in mice' blood serum.and can elevate the protection rate of death to the mice. Conclusions:Fructus Chebulae and its different processed products have the antioxidant and the antibacterial activity to a certain extent.
