1300眼超声乳化吸除白内障及人工晶体植入术的围手术期护理

目的:寻求白内障超声乳化吸除术及人工晶体植入患者的围手术期护理对策,探讨此病种的有效临床护理措施,为患者提供更好的护理服务.方法:研究选择我院2011年5月-2011年7月收治的行白内障超声乳化吸除术及人工晶体植入的患者1300眼.将1300眼采用随机抽样的方法分为两组,对照组采用常规护理,实验组在常规护理的基础上采取有针对性的科学护理措施,辅助个性化的心理护理等.对两组别的患者术后恢复状况进行统计分析,主要考察患者术后并发症的发生状况,项目为术后眼红、眼压升高、感染及角膜水肿.结果:对两组患者的术后恢复状况进行统计分析,结果显示:实验组的650眼术后恢复状况好于对照组,2眼发生眼红,2眼眼压升高,1眼患者出现轻微的感染,1眼角膜水肿；对照组术后眼红患者为7例,术眼眼压升高的患者为10例,16例患者发生轻微感染,发生角膜水肿为5眼.从数据中可以看出,实验组并发症发生情况的发生明显少于对照组.两组间存在统计学差异(P＜0.05),有统计学意义.结论:本研究结果显示,对行白内障超声乳化吸除术及人工晶体植入的患者进行围手术期的科学护理,关注患者的心理状况,为患者提供人性化的护理服务,不仅可以促进患者的预后,还可以保证患者的住院安全,提高患者的生命质量.

1300 Phacoemulsification Cataract and Intraocular Lens Implantation in Perioperative Nursing

Objective： To look for the phacoemulsification for cataract surgery and intraocular lens implantation in patients with perioperative nursing,and to explore the kinds of disease and effective clinical care measures for patients with better care.Methods： Methods： 1300 eyes underwent phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation during May 2011 to July 2012 in our hospital were enrolled in this study.1300 eyes were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in the control group received routine nursing care,while patients in the experimental group received routine nursing care plus pertinent scientific nursing measures and individualized psychological nursing.Statistical analysis was performed between the postoperative recovery condition of two groups,including postoperative hyperaemia of eyes,increased intraocular pressure,infection and corneal edema.Results： Statistical analysis between the postoperative recovery condition of two groups showed that postoperative recovery condition of experimental group was better than that of control group,2 cases with postoperative hyperaemia of eyes,2 cases with increased intraocular pressure,1 case with slight infection and 1 case with corneal edema in the experimental group,while 7 cases with postoperative hyperaemia of eyes,10 cases with increased intraocular pressure,16 cases with slight infection and 5 cases with corneal edema in the control group.The postoperative complication rate of the experimental group was much lower than that of the control group with significant differences（P0.05）.Conclusion： Our study indicated that routine nursing care plus pertinent scientific nursing measures and individualized psychological nursing could not only promote prognosis of patients,but also ensure hospital safety and improve the quality of life.
