姑息性中医辨证治疗98 例原发性肝癌临床疗效观察

目的:观察中医姑息治疗原发性肝癌的临床疗效.方法:选取98例晚期原发性肝癌的确诊患者,随机分为两组,中医姑息治疗组患者予以中医辨证分型治疗,介入治疗组患者予以化疗药介入治疗.结果:临床症状改善方面,中医姑息治疗组肝区疼痛改善率为69.6％、疲乏无力改善率为65.9％、食欲不振改善率为59.5％,与介入治疗组比较差异性显著(P＜0.05).在近期治疗效果及患者生存率方面,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论:运用中医姑息治疗原发性肝癌可在确保疗效的同时有效地缓解临床症状,从而有利于为患者赢得较高的生存质量.

The Clinical Observation of Palliative Medicine Treatment of 98 Cases of Primary Liver Cancer

Objective: To observe the use of traditional Chinese medicine palliative treatment of primary liver cancer.Methods: Selected 98 cases diagnosed with advanced primary liver cancer were randomly divided into two groups,patients treated with traditional Chinese medicine to TCM and Treatment,intervention group patients to be involved in the treatment of chemotherapy drugs.Results: Improvement of clinical symptoms,liver pain medicine to improve the treatment group was 69.6%,fatigue improvement was 65.9%,loss of appetite improved rate of 59.5%,compared with the intervention group differences significant(P <0.05).In the recent treatment and survival rate,the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).Conclusions: The use of Chinese medicine treatment of primary liver cancer treatment at the same time ensuring the effective relief of clinical symptoms,thus contributing to a higher quality of life in patients with win.
