摘    要:目的:探讨三级质控体系在预防压疮中的作用,有效控制压疮发生。方法:通过成立压疮护理三级质控体系即基层压疮护理小组、医院压疮管理小组及护理部压疮质控小组,改进压疮管理流程,强化护理人员专项技能,有效实施基础护理,从根本上预防压疮发生。结果:难免压疮发生率明显下降,患者对护理服务满意度提高。结论:三级质控体系能有效控制压疮发生,促进原发疾病痊愈,减轻患者经济负担,提高医院社会效益。

Abstract:Objective: To research the effect of the three-level quality control system in the prevention of pressure ulcer,in order to control the appearance of pressure ulcer.Methods: To set up the three-level quality control system,intend to improve the managing process and professional skills,implement the basic nursing approach,So that the pressure ulcer can be prevented effectively.Results: The rate of pressure ulcer decreased greatly and the satisfied degree of the patient increased.Conclusion: The three-level quality control system can control the appearance of pressure ulcer,accelerate primary disease recovery,ease the economic burden of the patients,advance social benefit of the hospital.
