| Abstract: | Abstract. The isometopine genus, Magnocellus Smith is reviewed. Two species-groups are recognized and keys to the eleven included species are provided. Five new species are described: slaten (Ghana), confusus (Nigeria), tibialis (Nigeria and Ghana), deeming (Nigeria) and fulvus (Nigeria). Three species, ghanaiensis Smith, scutellaris Linnavuori and wacriensis Smith, are redescribed. |
