| 摘 要： | 以广东清远种植的香根草为原料,用浸提法提取香根油,采用色谱-质谱联用仪对香根油化学成分进行检测,从分离的94个化学组分中,鉴定出21个化学成分,主要成分含量53.9%,岩兰草醇等萜烯类化合物质占11.4%.在国内首次发现异丁香酚、香兰素2个香气成分在香根草中的天然存在,对香料的应用与合成具有重要意义.

| Abstract: | Taking Vetiveria zizanioides planted in Qingyuan as raw material,the verivert oil distilled by extraction method was analyzed by chromatogram mass spectrum combine apparatus.Among the 94 separated components,21 different components with aroma structures were identified,which accounted for 53.9% of the major constituent content.(2-Isopopenyl-decahyero-4,7-methano-azulen-8-yl)-methanol and other terpene compounds accounted for 11.4%.Natural existence of two aroma components including isoeugenol and vanilin were discovered from Vetiveria zizanioides for the first time in China,these make a lot of sense to the application and synthesize of spice. |
