酸枣果肉内中氨基酸分析

摘    要:本文对酸枣果肉中氨基酸进行了分析。分析结果证明,酸枣果肉中含有17种氨基酸,其中7种是必需氨基酸,这些氨基酸对人体健康具有重要的生理意义。

Abstract:In this paper, amino acids in the fruit flesh of Ziziphu Jujuba Mill. vat. Spinosus Bunge Z. Spinosa (Bunge) Hu] where studied with the method of paper chromatograph and the instrument of amino acid analysis. The result showed: the fruit flesh contained 17 kinds of amino acids, 7 kinds of which were nesessary and very important for human health.
