| 摘 要： | 测定了元宝枫（Acer truncatum Buge）种仁的油脂含量，含油量为42.60%，其油经甲酯化后，用GC/MS仪器鉴定，共检出十二种脂肪酸，并测定了含量，其中不饱和脂肪酸含量达92%，神经酸（15-二十四碳烯酸）含量为5.25%。

| Abstract: | The chemical components of pure oil from Acer Truncatum Buge were analyzed by GS/MS and GC method.Twelve components were identified and their structures were determined.The content of unsaturated fatty acid in pure oil of Acer truncatum Buge from Yunnan is 92% and the content of 15 tetracosenic a.,which has not been discovered in oil from other Acer truncatum Buge,is 5 52%. |
