雷公藤植物组织培养物的生长及其中二萜内酯积累动态的研究

摘    要:培养的雷公藤植物组织经不断筛选获得优良无性系D_(121(y))。经测定,该无性系在培养后的第七周干重、鲜重、二萜内酯含量、二萜内酯的产量达到最大值;在第五周,培养细胞生长最快;在第七周,干燥率产生一个峰值。因此,雷公藤组织培养的最佳转接时期为培养的第五周,以收获二萜内酯为目的的最佳收获期应在培养后的第七周。

Abstract:Cell line D_(121(y)) of high growth and high-produetion diterpene-lactone was selected. It was sure that calluses produced diterpene-Iactone identified by Kedde reaction and TLC. In the seventh week, the dry weight, fresh weight, content and production of diterpene-Iactone in the calluses reached the highest value; In the fifth week, calluses grew fastest; In the seventh week, dry rate of calluses reached a highest value. The harvest time should be in the seventh week if diterpene-Iactone should be obtained.
