| 摘 要： | 对东京野茉莉种子的营养成分进行分析，结果表明，其种子含有丰富的营养物质：脂肪油、矿质元素，维生素等，其脂肪油中人体必需的油酸和亚油酸含量达85．4％，具有开发利用价值。 |

| Abstract: | The nutrient composition of Styrax tonkinesis seeds has been studied,and the results showed that there are plenty of nutrient composition :fatty oil ,mineral elements,vitamins and so on.In addition,the content of oleic and linoleic acid in seed oil reached 85.4%,and these are of potential value in exploitation and utilization. |
