| 摘 要： | 采用HPLC法测定不同采收期的连翘叶中连翘苷、连翘酯苷和芦丁的含量，综合比较各指标用以评价连翘叶的质量及其最佳的采收期。结果显示：连翘苷以5月份含量最高；连翘酯苷和芦丁以6月份含量最高，连翘叶以5、6月份采收为最佳。

| Abstract: | HPLC method is used to assayed the content of Phillyrin, Forsythiaside and Rutin in Folium Forsythia gathered in different periods.The quality of Folium Forsythia is evaluated by all index integrated. The result shows: Content of Phillyrin arrived its maximum yield in May; Content of the Forsythiaside and Rutin arrived its maximum yield in June, the suitable gathering periods for Folium Forsythia is about May and June. |
