| 摘 要： | 从毛喉鞘蕊花分离得到两个新二萜醌 :鞘蕊酮S(1) ,鞘蕊酮T(2 )和六个已知成分 :α 雪松醇 ,愈创木酚甘油醚 ,芫花素 ,鞘蕊醇B ,β 谷甾醇 ,豆甾醇。依据光谱和化学方法 ,它们的化学结构已被鉴定

| Abstract: | From Coleus forskohlii, two new diterpenoid quinones, coleon S(1), coleon T(2), and α-cedrol(3),guaiacol glycerol ether (4), genkwanin (5), coleonol B (6), β-sitosterol (7) and stigrnasterol (8) were isolated.Based on spectroscopic data and chemical methods, their structures were elucidated. Among them, compound (3), (4) and (5) were isolated from t his species for the first time, and compound (4) was obtained as a natural product firstly. |
