牛心朴子甲醇提取物对松材线虫的毒力测定

摘    要:本试验测定了牛心朴子5种有机溶剂提取物以及经光照和高温处理后的甲醇提取物对松材线虫的毒力。结果表明,5种有机溶剂提取物对松材线虫的校正击倒率随极性的增加而升高:二氯甲烷〈乙酸乙酯〈无水乙醇〈丙酮〈甲醇。甲醇提取物在浓度为6,3、2g/L时,48h的校正击倒率达近100%。经光照和高温处理后的两组甲醇提取物比未处理组毒力总体下降,但当两处理组提取物的浓度为6,3、2g/L时,48h的校正击倒率均达80%以上。

Abstract:This test measurement showed that the bioactivity of methanol extracts from Cynanchum komarovii AL. Fljinski and these extracts treated by light and high temperature against Bursaphelenchus xylophilus. The bioassay tests showed that the Bursaphelenchus xylophilus correction knockdown rates caused by the five solvent extracts are increased by polarity increasing:dichloromethane < ethyl acetate < anhydrous alcohol < acetone < methanol. The methanol extracts at the concentration of 6,3,2 g/L caused the correction knockdown rates were 100% after 48 h treatment. The bioassay of the treated extract was generally decreased,but their concentrations of 6,3,2 g/L caused the correction knockdown rates were more than 80% against B. Xylophilus after 48 h treatment.
