元宝枫叶黄酮类化合物分离与鉴定

摘    要:用聚酰胺和SephadexLH20柱层析方法对元宝枫叶化学成分进行研究。分离纯化得到一种黄酮类化合物,根据理化性质及光谱数据鉴定化学结构为3,5,7,3′,4′五羟基黄酮,即槲皮素。这种化合物是首次从元宝枫叶中获得。
