海藻工业废料的组成及其利用价值

摘    要:测定了海藻工业废料中粗蛋白、粗纤维和氨基酸的组成:在海带废渣中,粗蛋白含量达20%以上,江蓠经简单碱处理,可以提取粗蛋白总量中75%的氨基酸。这些废料中,富含人体及动物必需氨基酸,尤以赖氨酸、精氨酸和蛋氨酸的含量更为显著。本文讨论了这些废料的利用价值及途径。

Abstract:Crude proteins,crude fiber and amino acid of wasted products in seaweed industry were determined.The amount of crude protein was over 20% in the residue of Lamirania,and 75% content of the crude protein in Graetiaria was extracted by simple alkali treatment.In these wasted products,essential amino acid of human and animal was rich,specially the amount of lysine,arginine and methion-ine were attracted.The authors discussed the applicational values and way of these wasted products.
