| 摘 要： | 利用蜂蜜的抗菌特性治疗各种疾病或创伤是蜂蜜开发中一个比较热门的方向。本文对蜂蜜可能的抗菌机理以及蜂蜜中的抗菌组分作了阐述，对影响蜂蜜抗菌效果的因素以及蜂蜜抗菌特性的医学应用进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | Using the antibacterial property of natural honey to cure the wound,hurt,ulcer and other diseases attracted much attention.This paper discussed the mechanism of the possible antibacterial activity and component of honey.Possible factors to affect the antibacterial activity and the application of honey were also discussed. |
