| 摘 要： | 4-羟基异亮氨酸是一种新型胰岛素分泌促进剂,可用于治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病。本文综述了近年来4羟基异亮氨酸的研究进展,包括它的存在形式、活性、提取分离方法和4羟基异亮氨酸及内酯的部分立体异构体的合成方法。
