| 摘 要： | 苏木和紫草的乙酸乙酯提取物有很强的抗氧化活性，知母、七叶一枝花、桃仁等的该种提取物抗氧化效果则较差。维生素C、酒石酸具有一定的协同增效作用。

| Abstract: | Antioxidant activities of the extracts of Anemarrhena asphodeloides, Paris polyphylla, peach's kernel, Caesalpinia sappan and Lithospermum erythrorhizon with EtOAc, had been tested. The experiment results indicated that antioxidant activities of the extracts of Caesalpinia sappan and Lithospermum erythrorhizon were strong, the others not. Meanwhile, the antioxidant activities of the extracts were enhanced when Vc or tartaric acid with together. |
