| 摘 要： | 观察辣木油对家兔皮肤创伤愈合的影响。取健康大耳白兔18只,随机分为空白对照组、京万红组和辣木油组,将背部左右侧各切取直径2.35 cm大小的皮肤,深及皮下筋膜,造成创伤模型,每天涂药1次,测定创面面积,计算愈合率和愈合时间;于术后的第3 d、7 d、10 d,切取涂药部位和空白未涂药部位皮肤全层,制片,作HE染色后镜下观察创面组织形态学的改变并进行皮肤病变程度的分级。结果显示辣木油可加速创面愈合,缩短愈合时,减轻组织的病理变化。提示了辣木油能够促进家兔皮肤创伤的愈合。 |
