| 摘 要： | 本文用高效液相色谱法(HPLC),分析了国产19种柴胡及市售商品柴胡中柴胡皂甙a、c、d(Saikosaponin a、c、d)的含量。结果表明19种柴胡根中均含上述三种成分,但44个样品的含量不同,其中北柴胡以河南信阳的含量较高,南柴胡以陕西延安的为好,多种柴胡的茎叶含有上述三种成分。但含量较根部低,少数种未检出。

| Abstract: | "Chai hu" is commonly used as Chinese traditional medicine, the contents of Saikosaponin a. c. d in 19 species and market drug of Genus Bupleurum collected from 44 distracts were determined by HPLC. The results showed that all the 19 species of Genus Bupleurum contain the main active components saikosaponin a. c. and d, but stem leaves content a very small amount, some species are not detected (of. Table 1.). The contents saikosaponin a is 1.14% in Bupleurum marginatum Var. stenophyllum, the saikosaponin d is 1.26% in B. chinense and the saikosaponin c is 2.03% in B. smithii (of. Table 1.). |
