许树中苯乙醇苷类化合物的研究

摘    要:用层析方法从许树Clerodendrum inerme的乙醇提取物中分离得到9个糖苷类化合物,通过光谱分析,鉴定结构为毛蕊糖苷(verbascoside,1)、异毛蕊糖苷(isoverbascoside,2)、脱咖啡酰基毛蕊糖苷(decaffeoylverbascoside,3)、campneosideI(4)、cistanosideE(5)、markhamiosideF(6)、isocistanosideF(7)、benzyl glucoside(8)和purpureasideB(9)。其中化合物4—9为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract:Nine compounds were isolated from the aerial part of Clerodendrum inerme.On the basis of spectral data,they were identified as verbascoside(1),isoverbascoside(2),decaffeoylverbascoside(3),campneoside I(4),cistanoside E(5),markhamioside F(6),isocistanoside F(7),benzyl glucoside(8) and purpureaside B(9).Among them,compounds 4-9 were obtained from C.inerme for the first time.
