摘    要:以水为提取剂,对长裙竹荪子实体进行浸提,利用琼脂平板打孔法测定长裙竹荪子实体对5种常见食源性致病菌的抑菌效果,并研究其对5种病原菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)、热稳定性以及抑菌pH范围.结果表明,长裙竹荪子实体的浸提液对副溶血弧菌抑制作用最好,其次是单增李斯特菌、肠炎沙门氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌.对大肠杆菌0157∶H7抑制效...

Abstract:Dictyophora indusiata Fisscher fruitbody was extracted with water.and the anfimiembial effects of extract on five kinds of common foodbome pathogens were measured by agar plate drilling method.As the results, the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC),thermal stability,as well as antibacterial pH range were determinated.The results showed that D.indusiata fruitbody exhibited the most significant inhibitory action on Vibrio parahaemolyticus and moderate inhibiting effects on Listeria monocytogenes,Salmonella enteritidis,and Staphylococcus aureus.In addition,D.indusiata fruitbody showed low MIC.wide bacteriostasis pH range and strong thermal stability.
