摘    要:依据中心复合旋转设计原理,在单因素试验的基础上,采用三因素五水平的响应曲面分析法,建立了发酵液中多杀菌素提取的二次多项式数学模型,并以多杀菌素质量浓度为响应值作响应面和等高线,考察了提取时间、料液比和提取频率对多杀菌素质量浓度的影响。结果表明:发酵液中多杀菌素超声提取的优化工艺条件为提取频率75 KHz,提取时间74 min,料液比1∶1.5。在此工艺条件下,从发酵液中提取多杀菌素的质量浓度可达到100.75μg/mL。
