| Abstract: | The antioxidant properties of natural products have become hot topics for life science researchers.Intensive interest has focused on Chinese herbal medicines since many of them possess strong antioxidant activity.The current research progress on antioxidant activity of Chinese herbal medicines was reviewed in this paper including determination methods of antioxidant activity,antioxidative ingredients in plants,screening of antioxidants and application of antioxidants from Chinese herbal medicines. |
