| 摘 要： | 本文对采自广西涠洲岛海域细微短足软珊瑚（Cladiellasubtilis）的化学成分进行研究，经理化常数和波谱数据分析，分别鉴定为（20R，24S）-5-烯-21羧基-麦角甾-3β-醇（1）、柳珊瑚甾醇（2）、鲨肝醇（3）及麦角甾-5-烯-3β-醇（4）。对细微短足软珊瑚（Cladiella subtilis）化学成分的研究尚属首次。

| Abstract: | The chemical constituents of soft coral Cladiella subtilis collected from Sanya bay in Hainan Province of China were analyzed in this paper. Four secondary metabolites 1-4 were isolated and identified as (20R, 24S)-3β-hydroxyerg-ost-5-en-21-oic acid (1) , gorgosterol (2) , batyl alcohol (3), and ergost-5-en-3β-ol (4) on the basis of their spectroscopic data. This is the first time to report the chemical constituents of the soft coral Clndiella subtilis. |
