摘    要:植物多糖及其衍生物对人类健康的种种作用逐渐被发现和重视,本论文从成熟苦楝果肉中提取多糖,研究多糖羧甲基化的条件,并比较了羧甲基前后抗氧化能力。

Abstract:Along to the development of technology,the multifold effects of the polysaecharide and its ramification in human health have been discovered. At the same time, the studies on them are also attached importance to. The thesis sumed up the extraction and separation of the Melia azedarach polysaccharide from the Melia azedarach fruits, research earboxymethylation conditions and contrast antioxidation before and after earboxymethylation.
