山苍子油的精制、分析及成份研究

摘    要:本文报告一种山苍子油的精制、分析方法和成分研究.作者采用间歇精馏法从山苍子油中单离柠檬醛,可使柠檬醛含量达到90%以上;并使用毛细管气相色谱法定量测定了山苍子油中柠檬醛含量;还通过GC/ITD/COM系统从山苍子油中成功地分离出50种左右的成分,其中30多种化合物己被鉴定.

Abstract:A method of refinement, analysis and the study of composition for Lftsea Cubeba oil arc described. Citral was seperated from Litsea Cubeda oil using discontinuous rectifying method, the yield of Citral was greater than 90%, it was better than steam disstillation method. Capillary Gas Chromatoaraphy (OV-1 FSOT with split injection and temperature programming) was used for quantitative determination of Citral in Litsea Cubeba oil, about 50 perks were seperated from Litsea Cubeba oil, over 30 compounds of which were identified dy GC/ITD/COM sistem.
