咖啡酸和阿魏酸的抗腹泻作用及其机理

摘    要:ig400和800mg/kg 阿魏酸和 ig800mg/kg 咖啡酸都能抑制蓖麻油引起小鼠腹泻,但两药都不影响番泻叶引起小鼠腹泻.800mg/kg 的阿魏酸抑制小鼠胃肠推进运动,咖啡酸不但不抑制小鼠胃肠推进运动,而且兴奋兔离体空肠活动.然而咖啡酸能抑制乙酸提高小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性以及引起的扭体反应,并对抗鲜蛋清引起大鼠足跖肿胀,在讨论中提出抗炎可能是咖啡酸和阿魏酸的抗腹泻主要机理。

Abstract:Caffeic acid 800 mg/kg ig and ferulic acid 400 and 800 mg/kg ig reduced the purging effect of castor oil in mice,but did not affect the purging effect of Cassia angustifolia leaf.Ferulic acid 800 mg/kg ig inhibited the gastrointestinal transport function in normal mice.Caffeic acid stimulated the action of isolated jejunum of rabbit.Caffeic acid could inhibit the increased vascular permeability induced by acetic acid in mice,and the edema of hind paw elicited by fresh egg white in rats.It is suggested that the anti-inflammatory effect of caffeic acid and ferulic acid may be major mechanism of their antidiarrheal action.
