西洋参含片和胶囊抗疲劳和耐缺氧作用的比较

摘    要:本文通过西洋参含片对小鼠常压耐缺氧(生存时间)和抗疲劳(持续游泳)的实验研究表明,西洋参含片和西洋参胶囊两者与空白对照组比较,耐缺氧能力在总皂甙100 mg/kg时,差异皆非常显著(P<0.01),25 mg/kg时,P>0.05,50 mg/kg时西洋参含片组强于西洋参胶囊组(P<0.05);抗疲劳作用方面,西洋参含片在总皂甙50 mg/kg和100 mg/kg,西洋参胶囊在100 mg/kg时,差异皆非常显著(P<0.001),说明西洋参含片与西洋参胶囊都可剂量依赖性地提高小鼠的耐缺氧能力和抗疲劳能力,在相同剂量下,西洋参含片的作用强于西洋参胶囊。

Abstract:In this paper, we compared the effects of American Ginseng tablets and capsules in the experiment of tolerating the absence of oxygen (survival time) under general press and anti-tired ability (keeping swimming) with the control. The results showed that the both experimental groups could enhance the ability of tolerating the absence of oxygen significantly using the dosage of 100mg/kg(P< 0. 01),and the effects of tablets' group were higher than that of capsules one (P<0. 05). The anti-tired ability could be significantly enhanced using 50 mg/kg and 100 mg/kg in tablets' group as well as 100mg/kg in capsules' one (P<0. 001). These results indicated that the both drugs could enhance the ability of tolerating the absence of oxygen and anti-tired in dose-dependent pattern. The effects in the tablets' group were more powerful than that in the capsules' one so far as the dosage was concerned.
