雄蚤生殖节的扫描电镜观察

摘    要:本文利用扫描电镜对雄蚤生殖节表面细微结构进行了观察,发现了一些光镜下不易看到的纹理状结构和小棘及一些感器.这些微小的纹理状结构和小棘在不同蚤种之间有差异,这种差异具有相对的稳定性,可望用于蚤的亚显微水平的分类.通过对感器的观察,发现生殖节上具有大量的毛形感器,另外还观察到有锥形感器、短锥形感器、钟形感器、栓锥感器、腔锥感器及刺形感器等.这些感器的数量分布及有无因种而异.这些感器的存在与交配行为密切相关,作者对此也进行了讨论.

Abstract:The fine structures on the surface of genital segments of male fleas were examined with a scanning electron microscope. Some special structures, such as veins (or grains) and small spines of surface, and sensory organs were discovered. These special structures which are invisible under a light microscope can be distinguished among different species by using the scanning electron microscope. The disparity, which is wished to be used in the classification of fleas on a submicroscopy level, is relatively steady. A lot of sensilla trichodea were found during the observation, and also some sensilla basiconica, short sensilla basiconica, sensilla cam-paniformia, sensilla coeloconica, sensilla chaetica and sensilla styloconica. The existence of these sensory organs is related to the action of mating, and their role has been discussed in this paper.
