革螨跗感器的结构和功能

摘    要:本文进一步研究了:④厩真厉螨截肢前后的爬行行为,表明第1对足其感觉功能;②用古拉广厉螨分别截各对足驱避反应的对比试验,见到只有当截去第1对足跗节时失去嗅觉功能,而截去第Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ对足时,各组都仍有嗅觉功能;⑤对格氏血厉螨、厩真厉螨、毒厉螨和鼠颚毛厉螨进行涂漆前后的驱避试验,显示当跗感器被涂满封闭,则嗅觉功能消失;④以0.5%结晶紫或龙胆紫液染色的截肢标本,观察了厩真厉螨、毒厉螨、格氏血厉螨、古拉广厉螨及尾足螨股一种螨,足Ⅰ跗节末端凹窝中,至少都存在两类感毛,钝钉型感毛和长而尖的刚毛型感毛;⑤厩真厉螨雌螨和幼螨跗感器的钝钉毛分别为8根和5根,另外各有2根短而尖的毛,分别测定了长度,描述了形态特点;⑥透射电镜观察厩真厉螨、毒厉螨等的跗感器钝钉毛,毛外围有表皮壁,壁上有很多微孔,内有中心腔,腔内有树突。属化感器——嗅觉器;⑦电生理技术研究,当用氨和醋酸的气体刺激厩真厉螨、毒厉螨的离体足Ⅰ时,均产生明显的应激电位差,充分证明足Ⅰ辩节有嗅觉功能。

Abstract:This paper deals with the structure and function of the sensilla at the ends of tarsi I of the Gamasid mites. The results are summarized as follows:1.It was confirmed in the mite Eulaelaps stabularis by means of amputation that the first pair of legs has sensory function during ambulation.2.The olfactory function of tarsus I for repellents was confirmed in the mite Cosmolaelaps gurabensis. It was found that the amputation of only the first pair of tarsi would result in the loss of olfactory function.3.When the tarsal sensilla were sealed with paint, their olfactory function would disappear in the mites E. stabularis, Laclaps (chidninus, Haemolselaps glasgoun and Tri-cholaelaps myonysognathus.4.There are two types of sensory setae in the pit at the end of tarsus 1: the blunt peg type and the long and tharp type. Both of them were examined in the stained scpe-eimens of E. stabularis, L. echidninus, H. glasgowi. C. gurabensis and one species of Uropodina. The central lumens of the two types of seusilla were stained with 0.5% crystal violet or gentian violet.5.The tarsal sensilla of the female adult and of the larva of E. stabularis consist of blunt pegs grouped into eight and five and two short and sharp setae. The lengths of the blunt pegs were measured and their morphological characters were described. The tarsal sensilla on the first pair of legs of L. echidninus and E. stabularis were studied with transmission electron microscopy. In the cross section the porous setae have euti-eular wall and central cavity which is continuous with the pores on the wall and contains the dendrites.6.Electrophysiological study on the tarsal sensilla of L. echidninus and E. stahu-laris showed that they responded to NH2 and the vapor of acetic acid. Their function is similar to that of Haller's organ of hard ticks that we have studied.
