| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了粘虫Mythimna separata的一种新人工饲料,并比较了用其饲养的粘虫和用玉米叶饲养的粘虫对杀虫剂的敏感性及对乙酰胆碱酯酶的抑制作用.结果表明,两种饲料饲养的粘虫对大多数杀虫剂的敏感性及胆碱酯酶的抑制作用没有明显区别.

| Abstract: | The armyworm Mythimria separata Walker was reared on a new artificial diet. Susceptibilities to soine insecticides of the armyworm reared on this diet for two and seven generations and on maize leaf were studied with respect to cholinesterase inhibition. The results show that there is no difference in the susceptibility to most of insecticides tested and in the degree of inhibition of AchE between the armyworms reared on the artificial diet and on maize leaf. |
