| Abstract: | Intact rabbit reticulocytes synthesize several classes of membrane proteins ranging in molecular weight from 20,000 to 200,000. The synthesis is inhibited by cycloheximide, and treatment with ribonuclease does not significantly alter the gel pattern. |
