摘    要:在亚麻愈伤分化再生系统基础上对诱导培养基和生根培养基加以改良。创立了一套新的亚麻再生系统———直接分化再生系统。该系统使外植体不经过愈伤组织阶段直接获得分化芽,且在个别品种上绿苗诱导率最高达242.11%,移栽成活率达60%以上,这为纤维亚麻遗传转化提供了良好的受体系统。

Abstract:A new regenerational system of fiber flax was created, it was called direct differentiation regenerational system. This system base an improvement on regenerational system of shoot differentiated from callus. On the medium of direct differentiation, the explant didn't produce callus,but had direct differentiation of shoot, moreover on some genotype, the percentage of shoot inducement reach 242.11%, the percentage of transplant was more than 60%. This will be provide a good acceptor system for genetic transform on fiber flax.
