小麦,玉米接种耐氨固氮菌试验初步分析

摘    要:1989—1992年,在广东省部分县市进行了小麦、王米施用耐氨固氮菌大田对比试验,小麦接种耐氨固氮菌后,接菌区小麦的穗氏、有效穗、每穗粒数均比不接菌区明显增加,株高、成穗率、千粒重比对照略有增加,平均每亩比对照增产16.7kg干麦,平均增产率为8.1%。玉米接种耐氨固氮菌后,接菌区玉米的茎粗、收获时的青叶片数、单苞重均比对照区明显增加,秃顶度比对照区明显减小,晒干率:出米率略有增加,平均每亩比对照增产52.8kg玉米,平均增产率为11.89%。

Abstract:We have carried on field contrast experiments of wheat and maize inoculated the resistant ammonia strains of nitrogen-fixing bacteria in some counties of Guangdong province. After wheat inoculated the resistant ammonia strains of nitrogen-fixing bacteria, the height of head,the number of fruited heads and the number o full grains per head of wheat inoculated the strains all evidently haye increased than control.The height of seedlings, the rate of established heads and the weight of thousands grains slightly hav increased titan control. Per 1/15 ba yield of the wheat inoculated the strains increased average of 16.7 kg grains than control. The rate of increasing production is average of 8.1%. After maize inoculated the strains, the thick of stem. the number of green leaves in harvest and the weight of per bud of the maize inoculated the strains all evidently have increased than control. The bald degree of bud evidently have reduced than control.The rate of dry matter contained and the rate of grains produced per bud slightly have increased than control Per 1/15 ha yield of maize increased 52.8 kg grains tha control. The rate of increasing production is 11. 89%.
