| 摘 要： | 采用免疫组织细胞化学SABC法对77例大肠癌进行检测，结果表明，在77例大肠癌中，Bax阳性58例（75．32％），在高分化腺癌中比低分化腺癌阳性率有显著差异（P＜0.01）。结论，Bax在绝大部分的大肠癌中都有表达，这表明参与了大肠癌的凋亡调控，其表达与大肠癌的分化程度有关。

| Abstract: | 77 cases of large intestinal carcinoma were detected by means of immunohistochemical SABC method. The results showed that in 77 cases of large intestinal carcinoma the Bax positive expression was 58 cases (75. 32% ). And the positive rate of well-differentiated carcinoma was obviously different from that of poorly-differentiated carcinoma. So we concluded that the bax was expressed in majority of large intestinal carcinoma, and participated in the modulation of apoptosis in it. Its expression was related to the differentiation of large intestmal carcinoma. |
