| Abstract: | Fruits of Pongamia pinnata afforded four new furanoflavonoids, pongapinnol A-D (1-4), and a new coumestan, pongacoumestan (5) along with thirteen known compounds 6-18. Compounds 16 and 17 are isolated for the first time from this plant. The structures of isolated compounds were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data interpretation. |
