拟青霉属一新种及其杀蚜活性

从病死棉蚜（AphisgossypiiGlover)分离到拟青霉属一新种一灰绿拟青霉（PaecilomycesgriseiviridisM．X．Dai）。在查氏琼脂和PDA上菌落呈灰绿色。瓶梗1．8～3．2×5．6～10．3μm，基部椭圆形膨大或呈圆柱状，上部明显变细;分生孢子纺锤形，单胞，壁光滑，1．2～1．8×2．8～4．4μm。分生孢子对蚜虫具有侵染力；该菌发酵液（离心后）亦具有一定的杀蚜活性。

A MW SPECIES OF PAECILOMYCES AND ITS APHIS-KILLING ACTIVITY

Paecilomyces griseivirde M. X. Dai,a new species of the genusPaecilomyces, was isolated from dead Aphis gossyPii. Colonies on Czapek agar andPDA are greyish green. Reverse is brown. Conidiophres drising from the submergedmcelia are l.0～2.2×75～320μm, hyaline, smoothwalled and with 2～3 branches onupper portion. Prophialides are cylindrical or somewhat inflated, 1.1～2.5 ×3.5～8.0μm.Phialides, l.8～3.2 ×5.6～10.3μm, consist of a elliPsoid or cylinder inflated basalportion tapering into a thin neck. Conidia are unicellular, smooth, spindle-shaped orfusiform, 1.3～1.8 ×2.8～4.4pμm。 Chlamydospores are hyaline, smooth, globose orsubglobose, 3.1～4.0μm diam. This species may be distinginshed from closely relaredspecies by it 1) Greyish green colonies on Czapek agar and PDA 2) Phialides with aellipsoid or cylinder inflated basal portion tapering into a thin neck. 3) SPindle-shapedor fusiform conidia.The type specimen SD-95U-2 and living culture SD-U-2 are deposited inBiology Department Shandong Normal University, Jinan.
