| Abstract: | The construction and procedures for use of a camera box are described. Infrared film was used to record weed and/or crop growth stages in the field. The equipment allowed fast assessment of experiments in the field and more detailed assessments in the laboratory. Counts, ground cover, plant growth and healthy plant material were all satisfactorily recorded by the technique. |
