铝对大鼠纹状体内生长抑素mRNA表达的影响

摘    要:
本实验采用Wistar大鼠30只,分为对照组(A组)、硫酸铝钾组(B组)和硫酸铝钾加柠檬酸组(C组),分别喂养半年。用原位杂交组织化学和图像分析方法观察大鼠纹状体内生长抑素(Somatostatin,SS)mRNA表达的变化。结果表明:给铝组大鼠纹状体内SSmRNA表达减少,与对照组的差异有非常显著性意义。

Abstract:
In the present study, 30 wistar rats were divided into three groups. Group A was fornormal control, Group B was fed with a solutio containing aluminum potassium sulfate,Group C fed with a solution containing aluminum postassium sulfate and citric acid. All ofthem were fed 6 month respectively. The level changes of somatostatin mRNA expressed inthe corpus striatum were observed by in site hybridization histochemistry and image analysis. The experimental results showed that the expression level of the SSmRNA in the corpusstriatum of the experimental group significantly decreased as compared with the controlgroup.
