泥炭固体发酵生产单细胞蛋白研究

摘    要:对以泥炭为唯一碳源,固体发酵生产单细胞蛋白(SCP)进行了一系列的研究。选用酵母菌和黑曲霉进行混合发酵培养,考察影响单细胞蛋白生产的各个因素,如菌种接种量,培养基含水量,发酵时间,发酵温度,培养基外加氮源等。通过正交实验设计确定了优化的培养条件。即:菌种接种量为10%,培养基含水量为300%,28℃培养72 h,以蛋白胨为氮源。

Abstract:Solid fermentation of SCP using peatmoss as a sole carbon source was described.Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Aspergillus niger were cultured in mixing fermentation method.Some factors of influence on SCP production were reviewed,such as inoculation content,water content,fermentation time,fermentation temperature and resource of nitrogen.The optimum condition was chosen by orthogonal experiment.The cultural conditions were optimized as follows: peptone used as the nitrogen source,300% water content in the medium,fermenting for 72 h at 28 ℃ in 10 % inoculation content.
