法舒地尔对单纯急性心肌梗死大鼠心肌形态学、心肌酶学及血液流变学的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨法舒地尔对单纯急性心肌梗死模型大鼠心肌形态学、心肌酶学及血液流变学变化的影响。方法:将40只Wistar大鼠分为空白组、假手术组、治疗组和模型组。治疗组给予法舒地尔0.01 m L/g,股静脉注射,其余各组给予生理盐水。治疗结束后检测各组大鼠心肌形态学、心肌酶学及血液流变学各指标。结果:与其余各组相比,治疗组大鼠各指标均显著改善,空白组与假手术组各指标水平无显著差异(P0.05),治疗组具体表现为:CK、LDH、ASH水平明显降低(P0.05);PAR、PAG水平均明显改善,与模型组相比明显降低;HCT、ESR水平明显降低(P0.05);MIS水平明显下降(P0.05)。结论:法舒地尔能够明显改善单纯急性心肌梗死模型大鼠的心肌形态学、心肌酶学及血液流变学各指标,对临床有指导意义。

Effect of Myocardial Morphology, Myocardial Enzymes and Blood Rheology on Acute Myocardial Infarction Rat Model by Fasudil
Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effects of fasudil on the changes of myocardial morphology, myocardial enzymes and blood rheology of rats with acute myocardial infarction.Methods:40 Wistar rats were divided into the control group, sham operation group, treatment group and model group. The treatment group was given fasudil 0.01 mL/g, injected into the femoral vein, the rest of the group were given normal saline. Then the myocardial morphology, myocardial enzymes and blood rheology in the four groups were detected and compared.Results:There was no significant difference about the levels of each index in control group and sham operation group (P>0.05); The indexes of rats in the treatment group were significantly improved compared with other groups, the treatment group specific performance: CK, LDH, ASH levels were significantly lower (P<0.05); PAR, PAG levels were significantly improved (P<0.05); HCT, ESR levels were significantly lower (P<0.05); The level of MIS decreased significantly (P<0.05).Conclusion:Fasudil can improve the myocardial morphology, myocardial enzymes and blood rheology indexes of the model rats with simple acute myocardial infarction which has the significance to the clinical.
