右归丸联合小檗碱对多囊卵巢综合征胰岛素抵抗的研究

目的:观察右归丸联合小檗碱治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的临床疗效。方法:将114例PCOS伴胰岛素抵抗患者随机分为2组。对照组57例给予达英-35+二甲双胍,实验组57例给予右归丸联合小檗碱治疗。通过比较治疗前后的胰岛素水平(FINS)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、空腹血糖(FPG)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)及白介素-6(IL-6)水平的变化,观察右归丸联合小檗碱对PCOS胰岛素抵抗的作用疗效。结果:治疗前后实验组与对照组分别各自比较,HOMA-IR、FINS、TC、TG、TNF、IL-6显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);两组间治疗前各项指标无统计学意义(P0.05),治疗后与对照组比较,实验组TNF、IL-6水平显著下降(P0.05)。结论:右归丸联合小檗碱能显著改善患者的血脂及慢性炎症状态,最终改善胰岛素敏感性。

Influence of Yougui Pill Combined with Berberine on Polycystic Ovary Syndrome with Insulin Risistance

Objective:To observe influence of Yougui pill combined with berberine on polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) with insulin resistance patients.Methods:114 cases of PCOS were randomly divided into experimental group (Yougui Pill combined with berberine) and control group (metformin and diane-35). The level of TG, TCH FINS, FPG, TNF and IL-6, HOMA-IR were observed and analyzed in order to evaluate the effect of the treatment of two groups.Results:After the treatment, the level of HOMA-IR, FINS, TG, TCH, IL-6, TNF was decreased and had statistics significance (P<0.05). In the pretreatment, there was no significance in the level of FINS, FPG, HOMA-IR, TCH, IL-6, TNF, TC between two groups (P>0.05),but after treatment, the level of IL-6 and TNF in the experimental group was significantly decreased than that in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Berberine combined with Yougui pill could decrease the level of lipid and ameliorate chronic inflammation to increase insulin sensitivity.
