摘    要:对转美州拟鲽抗冻蛋白基因(ADP)的第三代(D3)番茄及其对照,经低温处理后进行幼苗叶片组织电导率测定,发现转基因各组电导率均比对照明显降低,说明导入的AFP基因已经表达并使番茄获得抗寒性。

Abstract:The electrical conductivities of the leave tissue, D3 generation trangenic tomato which wastransfered winter flounder AFP gene, were detected. The conductivities of transgenic poups de-crease compare to control tomato which demonstrates that AFP gene has ben exped and thetomto has ganed hardines.
