λDNA导入引起小麦染色体变异的研究

摘    要:小麦种子从萌动至2叶期,用λDNA进行浸滴处理,D1代出现花粉母细胞染色体变异的植株占观察株的73.3%,染色体变异的细胞占观察细胞数的28.3%。主要有染色体落后、单价体、染色体桥、多价体、染色体多极分离,染色体螺旋化不同步,异常二分体和卤分体及微核等类型,随世代增进,染色体行为趋于稳定,但不同个体间存在的较大差异。这种复杂的染色体变异可能是外源DNA在受体整合过程中的细胞学反应。

Abstract:rome germination to two leaf stage,wheat seeds were trickled several times with liquor of DNA.In the meiosis of pollen mother cell (PMC),chromosome variation frequency is as high as 73.3% among D 1 plant.The cell accounting for 28.3% had chromosome variation.The types of chromosome variation were lagging,univalants,bridge,multivalant,segregation with poly pole,helixing with difference step.Along with generation development,the frequency of chromosome variation decreased in meiosis cell tending to stability,but the difference is existance among individuals.This coplex chromosome variation may be caused by exenous DNA intergerate into receptor genome.
