| Abstract: | Abscisic acid (ABA) plays on importent role in plant somatic embryogenesis . There are different endogenous ABA levels during different stages of somatic embryogenesis.The exogenohs ABA is the key facter affecting somatic embryogenesis. This paper reviews the relationship between ABA and somatic embryogenesis, and the research prograss in recent years is also discussed. |
