眼镜蛇入蛰前和出蛰后血液粘性的变化

摘    要:利用血液流变学的理论和技术对入蛰前和出蛰后的眼镜蛇血液进行粘滞性、浓稠性及血细胞聚集性的比较分析,发现:(一)眼镜蛇的血液处于低粘滞性、低浓稠性及血细胞低聚集性的状态。(二)眼镜蛇出蛰后血液粘性比入蛰前非常显著增高,血液流速减慢,致使组织器官血液供应不足,影响了眼镜蛇出蛰后的活动,故其活动能力比入蛰前差。

Abstract:The cobra, Naja naja (L), has a poor metabolism, lacking a warm-keeping mechanism, and its body temperature varies with that in its environment . The raise of its temperature mainly depends on the intakes of s slight, and it is an ectotherm.Like many other reptiles, the cobra is less active during post-hibernation in spring and more during pre-hibernation in autumn. It is possible that the blood viscosity in these two periods differs and causes difference of the flowing speed of blood, resulting in the difference of the activities. In order to make clear these questions and to characterize blood viscosity of the cobra as an ectotherm, 10 cobras' blood was drawn on October 1st, 1985, representative of pre-hibernation, and another 10 cobras' blood was drawn on April 1st, 1986, representative of post-hibernation, and 10 healthy persons' blood representative of an endotherm. The writer, based on the theory and technique of hemorheology, tested the viscosity, the consistency of the blood and the aggregation of the blood cells of the above different blood samples, and analysed the test reports by comparison. 'The results came out as follows:1. During either the pre-hibernation or the post-hibernation, the viscosity and consistency , of the whole blood and the aggregation of blood cells of the cobras are in low position.2. The fluidity of the cobras' blood is good. This may be considered to be an adaptation of cobras to the low temperature during hibernation.3. The viscosity and the consistency of the cobra blood during post-hibernation are greater than those during pre-hibernation. Therefore th cobra is less active after hibernation than before hibernation.
