钾、钠离子对富钾植物离体叶片气孔运动的影响

摘    要:富钾植物空心莲子草Alternanthera philaxeroides(Mart.)Griseb.]、商陆(Phytolacca esculenta Van Houtt.)离体叶片下表皮在光照下经不同浓度K^ 、Na^ 处理30min,观察K^ 、Na^ 对气孔运动的影响。结果表明:Na^ 能促进富钾植物叶片的气孔开放,当外界K^ 、Na^ 浓度在1.00%范围内,Na^ 增大气孔开放率和气孔开度比相应浓度K^ 的效果好;当浓度高于1.00%时,效果恰好相反。

Abstract:The effect of K~+ / Na~+ on stomatal movement was observed. After epidermises of rich potassium plant's isolated leaves had been treated with different concentration of KCl,NaCl for 30 min under illumination condition. The results showed that Na~+ could accelerate tomatal opening of rich potassium plants, and the effect of Na~+ on increasing stomatal opening rate and stomatal aperture was more effective than that of K~+ while K~+,Na~+ concentration under 1.00%. However, K~+ was more effective than Na~+ while K~+,Na~+ concentration over 1.00%.
