摘    要:
从萌发的水稻、大麦胚乳中,通过85%硫酸铵盐析、DE52纤维素和Sephadex G100柱层析,获得部分纯化的苯丙氨酸解氨酶调节因子(PAL—R),研究其基本性质,及体外PAL-R对PAL和PAL-I的影响,表明它们之间存在着相互作用。

Abstract:
We had previously demostrated that the endosperm plays an impor tant role in PAL activity in vivo. Furthermore, a regulating factor of phenylalanine ammonia-lyase (PALR) has been isolated from the endosperm of rice and barley during germination and partially purified by ammonium sulphate fractionation, chromatography on DEAE-cellulose, sephadex G 100 gel filtration, and thePAL-R activity was found to be higher in rice endosperm than in barley endosperm (Fig. 1).Some characteristics of PAL-R from the endosperm of both rice and barley have been investigated, The results showed that the PAL-R can increase only the activity of PAL from the same species (Table 2). In vitro, the inhibiting effect of PAL-I on PAL was reduced when PAL-R was added to the medium (Fig. 3, Table 4), indicating that the PAL-R can not only activate PAL but also protect PAL from PAL-I's inhibition.
