公立医院人力资源管理的理念与实践创新探讨

摘    要:公立医院改革势在必行,医院人力资源管理面临艰巨任务。通过对医院原有人力资源管理存在问题的分析,对医院在新的形势下人力资源管理理念与实践创新的重要性和必要性进行探讨,有针对性地从做好人力资源的开发与利用、制定合理的薪酬分配制度、改变人才的吸引制度、加强人才能力培养等方面不断创新与改革,使得能岗匹配、人尽其才,提高了人力资源生产率。

Concept and Practice Innovation Exploration of the Hospital Human Resource Management
Abstract:Public hospital reform is imperative, and the hospital human resources management is facing a difficult task. In the paper, the existing problems of human resource management in the hospital are analyzed, the importance and necessity of practice innovation of the hospital in the new situation of human resources management philosophy are explored. Forming good human resources development and utilization, developing a reasonable salary distribution system, changing the talent attract system, strengthening personnel training and strengthening the humanized management and other aspects of continuous innovation and reform make the post match, give full scope to the talents, and improve the productivity of human resources.
